Hi & thanks for your reply. This message occured during the final step of adding a book - I had already successfully written a description & calculated points. The  ISBN is **********

I dont  know if this is still happening as I can't login! I continually get an error message saying "INVALID LOGIN" It is not just me; my sister has an account as well and she is encountering the same problem.
I have a book to mail to a customer, and so I desparately need to access my account! Also I would really like to know the status of the books I have requested. I really enjoy your service, hopefully you will have it up & running soon!!!

    THEM

One of your accounts, either your account of  [sister], has a book in your account that is not the actual book as enterd; rather it has a description of a previous edition.

Both of your accounts do not hold a valid credit card.

One of your acount refferd themself multiple times.

    ME
I forwarded this message to my sister. My card should be valid; I would assume hers as well. I don't know about the referral thing. Also I do not have any other credit cards. What should I do? As I said, I have a book ready to ship. I have a lot of requests. I was very enthusiastic about this service, as was my sister, who recommended it to me. Perhaps you could remove the referral points if you feel they are invalid; I have no problem with that and I am sure neither would she. I don't know what to do about the credit card issue; maybe hold my account privleges until a book is recieved by a customer.
(NOTE: Have NOT recieved a response to this email. The next is in response to emailing another department. However, the same person responded to me)

    Subject: My account

My account has been closed for ridiculous reasons. Please assist me immediately in reopening it so I can mail off my book to my customer.

    THEM:

Your account was blocked becuase you are accumulating points by trading with your sister.

(NOTE: I LOST points requesting her  books just like I would requesting them from anyone else)

    ME:
That is a ridiculous accusation. I requested books from her unintentionally. We both had a good laugh about it when I realised they were hers.I am disgusted with this. There is nothing in the agreement about requesting books from a relative. It is now illegal to share a taste in books? I suppose  in the future you had better warn people to share ISBN's of listed books with all family members.
So did that assumption   of yours give you the right to attempt to charge our credit cards?? Is this how your company makes a profit? How often have you pulled this scam, anyway? I thought this was a legitimate company, but apparently it is just another bunch of jerks trying to make a fast buck online.
So I assume you have decided to ban both of us from Swooks?  Out of curiosity, just how much did you attempt to bill us for? Thank God we were intelligent enough to join with low-limit credit cards. You can't trust anyone these days, it seems.

(Have not recieved  response to this email. The following are emails we have recieved since)

Please contact"[customer]" via email "[email]".Please inform "[customer" on the status of your shipment. You may be charged for this transaction if you don't contact "[customer]".

    ME:

well of course not. you closed my account. i don't even have his address. i will certainly be contacting him and explaining the full reason for not shipping his book.

    ME, to customer:

Hi Swooks emailed me with your email address and I wanted to contact you and inform you of why you have not recieved your book.
I unintentionally requested a couple books that my sister had listed. Swooks chose to consider this as 'fradulent activity' and close both of our acccounts AND attempt to bill our credit cards for $200 without warning. Now, although our accounts are closed and we cannot even remove our books they are continuing to bill us for "unshipped books" . I am sorry you are accidentally in the middle of this. If I succeed in having my account reopened , I will ship your bokk immediately
